We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Commissioned Salesperson to join our remote team. This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the flexibility of working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients interested in software development, mobile apps, and website solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Uganda-based candidates preferred, but open to remote candidates within East Africa.
