As an Online Sales Agent at Palnode, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue through your exceptional sales skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate Sales Leads: Utilize various online platforms, social media, and networking channels to identify and engage potential clients interested in our software services.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Palnode’s services, including website design, app and software development, and domain/hosting solutions, to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.

3. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor Palnode’s services to meet those requirements.

4. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of Palnode’s products and services.

5. Negotiation and Closing: Work closely with clients to address concerns, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals. 

6. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights for improving sales strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in online sales or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of website design, app and software development, and domain/hosting services.

4. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

7. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
